seafood tomato alfredo
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz. ) campbell's cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1/2 cup milk
pinch of black pepper
pinch of seasoned salt
1 cup diced canned tomatoes
1 lb. fresh fish filets ( flounder, haddock or halibut) cut into 2" pieces
4 cups hot cooked linguine
1. heat butter, add black pepper and seasoned salt in skillet. add onion and cook until tender.
2. add soup, milk and tomatoes. heat to a boil. add fish. cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. serve over linguine.

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
pinch of black pepper
pinch of season all salt
pinch of soul food salt
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz. ) campbell's cream of chicken
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz. ) campbell's cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
2 cups of water
2 cups uncooked instant white rice
1. season chicken
2. heat butter add black pepper, seasoned salt and soul food salt in skillet. add chicken and cook until browned. remove chicken.
3. add soups and water. heat to a boil. stir in rice and vegetables. return chicken to pan. cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done. remove from heat. let stand for 5 minutes.

1/4 cup finely chopped shallots

1 can ( 10 3/4 oz. ) campbell's cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1/2 cup half-and-half
chopped fresh parsley
1. heat butter in skillet add black pepper and season salt. add chicken and cook until browned. add mushrooms and shallots and cook 3 minutes.
2. add soup and half-and-half. heat to boil. cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done. sprinkle with parsley before serving.

1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary leaves
1/2 cup sour cream
1. heat butter in skillet add black pepper and seasoned salt. add pork chops and cook until browned. add green onions and cook 2 minutes.
2. add soup, water and rosemary. heat to a boil. cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until done. stir in sour cream.
