chicken and rice meal
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) CAMPBELL'S CREAM of CHICKEN SOUP
1-1/3 cups of water
3/4 cup UNCOOKED regular long grain white rice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1-1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (bout 4-6)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 tsp. of spice classics soul food seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. of McCormick season all seasoned salt
1. mix soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, soul food seasoning salt, and seasoning salt in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. top with chicken. sprinkle chicken with additional pepper.
2. cover and bake at 375*f. for 45 mintues or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
3. uncover. sprinkle cheese over chicken.
also could try stirring 2 cups of fresh, canned or frozen vegetables into soup mixture before topping with chicken.

chicken and stuffing skillet
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
pinch of black pepper
pinch of season all salt
pinch of soul food seasoning salt
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 box ( 6oz.) pepperidge farm one step chicken flavored stuffing mix
1-1/4 cups of water
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz. ) campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1.heat 1 tbsp. butter in skillet also add black pepper, seasoning all salt and soul food seasoning salt. cook chicken 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is done. remove chicken.
2.prepare stuffing in skillet according to pkg. directions using water and remaining butter except let stand 2 minutes.
3.return chicken to pan. mix soup and milk. pour over chicken. sprinkle with cheese. cover and heat through.

4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowers
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz. ) campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. progresso dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
pinch of black pepper
pinch of season salt
pinch of soul food seasoning
1. place broccoli in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. top with chicken.
2. mix soup, milk, black pepper, seasoning salt, and soul food seasoning. pour over chicken. sprinkle with cheese. mix bread crumbs and butter. sprinkle over top.
3. bake at 350*f. 30 mintues or until chicken is done.

creamy chicken and pasta meal
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 can (10 3/4 oz. ) campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of water
pinch of black pepper
pinch of seasoned salt
pinch of soul food seasoning salt
2 boxes ( 8 oz. each ) frozen vegetable pasta blend
1. heat oil in skillet. cook chicken until browned.
2. add soup, water, black pepper, seasoned salt, soul food seasoning salt and pasta blend. heat to a boil. cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

5. chicken and noodle soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz. ) campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
pinch of soul food seasoned salt
pinch of season all seasoning salt
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
3 cups cooked medium egg noodles, bow tie pasta or even rice
chopped fresh parsley
1. mix soup, milk, black pepper, season all seasoning salt, soul food seasoned salt, cheese, chicken and noodles in saucepan. heating through. garnish with parsley.
